    My name is Zohra. I am a multi cultural coach and executive search professional. Born in Morocco, raised in The Netherlands and lived and studied in several places in Europe, Africa and Asia.

     

    I have a good understanding of cultures and human nature. I have worked more than 10 years at multinationals in different aspects of HR. 3 years of board experience in a semi private School / Childcare Association.

     

    The last 8 years I have chosen to focus on executive search and coaching. I see myself as an intuitive coach who combines people knowledge with a natural talent of sensing.

     

    I have a broad knowledge of business sence in the field of Human Resources, a broad spectrum of coaching techniques, certified and trained in Neurolinguistic Programming, certified Reiki practitioner and a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

    I have a genuine love for people and I am very passionate in helping others. My gift of sensing has been passed to my by my ancestors. I combine this spiritual gift with down to earth methodology. Life does not come easy and we all need some help from time to time. It is ok to reach out for help and it is very important to find a coach with whom you can connect. Connection, trust and feeling save is key for the coaching proces.

    Perspective

    I meet a lot of people who struggle in a certain moment of life. That is very normal and nothing to be ashamed of. We all experience limitations and needs. Asking for help is a sign of strength and humanness. Reach out if you want to change but don’t know how. If you want to reach a desired goal but experience difficulties or if just can’t get started. If you want to change the way you are perceived or treated by family members, friends or even new people you meet, if you have everything you desire but still feel unhappy and bored. Every desire, emotion, believe, struggle is worth exploring to become emotionally stronger. You define what you need to grow and overcome your fears, feel of guilt or shame. Freedom will be waiting at the end of the journey.

    I am goal oriented, positive and respectful. We start always with you. Not your gender, title, role but the person behind these outer layers. The inner person is there and wants to be seen and heard. On this journey we might find a few bumps on the road. These might be old believes, deep hidden memories, systems and many more challenges. I am there to guide and support you in this proces. I am not different then any other coach as it comes to who will be doing the work in your coaching proces, YOU. My strength is to make you strong and confident to be able to go back to your past, learn from it and move to the present and focus on the future.
